Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you buy from Hearify. If something’s not right, here’s how we can help:

✅ **Return Eligibility**:
- Within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, in original packaging
- Applicable only for defective/damaged/wrong items

🚫 We do not accept returns for:
- Opened earbuds due to hygiene reasons (unless defective)
- Buyer remorse or “no longer needed” items

🛠️ **How to Request a Return**:
Email us at hearify.contact@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID and product photo.

💰 **Refunds**:
- Processed within 5–7 working days after product is inspected
- Refund is issued via original payment method or UPI

📦 **Exchanges**:
Available only if the exact item is in stock
